About the company: Our company provides business advice in the implementation of innovative ideas. As part of its dreamlogic.io platform initiative, it is currently developing projects in the field of legal technologies. 

 

The Swoncy project: Within this project, we aim to develop a software solution (applications and web platforms) that will easily allow potential customers to easily identify, compare the level of similarity and, if necessary, register intellectual property (IP) online in one jurisdiction or in many other jurisdictions simultaneously by using the existing IP databases of third parties, keeping records of each transaction in blockchain and implementing an artificial intelligence (AI) features, wherever possible for easy customer navigation and smart decision making. 

Moreover, our software solution should be able to provide interactive services to protect the registered IPs on various levels with various layers of protection.

 

Objectives of Phase I:

• Develop a minimum viable product of our future software which gets just enough core features for it to function. 

• Quickly get feedback from customers and improve the product without having to invest a lot of time or money that could potentially go to waste.

• Collect and systemize as much as possible data for project phases.

• Get ready to make pitch presentations for the potential investors 

Under direct supervision and instruction of the Product Manager / Scrum Master and Technical Advisor, the Back-end Developer is overall responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. His/her primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end, and shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Writes the web services and APIs used by front-end developers for API Integratıon (Rest / Soap) and API Testing

• Integrates user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic

• Optimizes the application for maximum speed and scalability

• Implements security and data protection

• Designs and implements data storage solutions

• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

• Lınux server management    

• Setup and administration of backups

• Data migration, transformation, and scripting

• Outputting data in different formats

• Works closely with the Front-end Developer 

• Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of software development experience and proficient knowledge in one of the following programming languages and technologies- Go, Java,  Node.JS, PHP.

• Proficient knowledge in Postgres / MongoDB

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms

• Web scraping experıence

• Understanding accessibility and security compliance, user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

• Experience in the management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes

• Experience with web servers (Nginx/Apache) and Linux bash scripting

• Proficient understanding and working knowledge  with GitHub 

• Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles

• Experience integrating with other 3rd party services and out of the box plugins

• Ability to work independently and self-manage, being mindful of deadlines, detail-oriented

• Ability to learn new things fast and must excel in a fast-paced, agile work environment

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging, analyzing logs

• Ability to communicate in a clear manner to non-technical colleagues

• Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude

Language requirements:

• Working knowledge in English. Fluency in English is preferable.

 

Short-term Contract: 

• 3 months or upon completion of the project 

Working format: 

• Remote work
